Biography

Originally from New York and now in the sunny state of Arizona I started out teaching while my talented husband worked in restaurants as an executive chef. Life was pretty simple as we both had jobs we enjoyed and he would cook amazing dishes. I continued teaching which I loved and moved towards instructing college courses.
Four boys later my husband is now the college instructor and I have found an exciting life in that of establishing and running two restaurants. Between my boys and the restaurants I have to say I never have a dull moment and I truly enjoy my life.
In providing food I have seen the joy that a quality meal can bring. There is a sense of family in the daily operations of a pizzeria. Our restaurants have gathered memories of the community along the way. I will admit there have been very difficult times with many hours and long days. In the end however we gather around the table to celebrate the smile a great dish provided or the kind compliments from a happy customer. As much as restaurant life can be hectic there is also a sense of accomplishment and joy in having people enjoy a great meal.
